If you are a consumer based in the UK, you normally have a legal right to cancel your purchase of digital CPD content within 14 days, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You do not have to give a reason.
You may use this form if you wish, but you do not have to. You can also cancel by sending me a clear statement by email at victoria@dragonflypsychotherapy.co.uk, or by post to the address below. Please make sure I receive your cancellation before the 14-day period ends.
Important - immediate access: If you asked for your CPD content to be made available immediately and confirmed at checkout that you wished to waive your 14-day cancellation right, you will not be able to cancel for a change of mind once access has been made available. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not as described. Full details are in section 8 of the Learning Terms and Conditions.

What happens next
	•	On receiving your cancellation, I will email you to confirm I have received it.
	•	Where you are entitled to cancel and have paid in advance for content you have not yet been given access to, I will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using your original payment method.
	•	Where you asked for immediate access and waived your cancellation right, a refund for change of mind is not available, but your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content are unaffected.
